EARLY CHILDHOOD ACTIONS FROM RESPONSE TO THE FOUR CORNERS WEBINAR…

We invite all educators wishing to take collective action to participate and to discuss the key overarching State and Federal issues that we can illuminate and act upon.

 

There are three primary actions to be discussed:

1. A NSW parliamentary petition to force a debate to end profiteering and child abuse in ECEC

2. A pledge to encourage candidates to take in the upcoming federal election

3. Initial planning for rally to demand reform in the ECEC profession

 

Each action will include planning for children’s perspectives and participation.

  

This online event was a follow up from the actions proposed within and generated during the ‘Response Betrayal of Trust – Australian Childcare in Crisis on Four Corners’ Webinar by Semann & Slattery and presented by Anthony Semann, Lisa Bryant and Cara Nightingale.
